A Three Step Approach-
- Issue Identification- The problem is already manifested by now and is noticeable. All that it requires is identification of its exact nature.
- Research- This includes a study and analysis of prevailing mind-sets, ideas, beliefs, thoughts and behavioral tendencies, which have created the current situation.
- Rectification- Working with the people involved in changing their minds and having them think differently. This may include designing specialized training workshops that are company/group oriented, and individual one on one's with key personnel.
